OUR COMMITTMENT
Life After College Athletics understands, and is deeply committed to, developing robust learning experiences that develop student athletes ability to find and secure employment. We work with universities and student athletes to secure summer internships. We will provide a platform for student athletes to connect with alumni and the community to enhance post graduation success. Life After College Athletics is committed to identifying student athletes professional interest and connecting them to the right employer to work with. We will customize our program to fit the university and student athletes needs. Life After College Athletics will provide an outlet for student athletes to learn professional job seeking skills to use while searching for employment. We will partner with companies that provide internship and job opportunities in various fields.
Fewer than 2 percent of student-athletes go on to be professional athletes. The time is now to invest in our student athletes future outside of athletics.

OUR METHOD
Student athletes face unique challenges upon graduation. student athletes practice two or even three times a day, while managing the same course load as other students. Due to this significant time commitment, many student athletes do not have the opportunity to engage in internships, attend job fairs, participate in resume writing courses, etc. This leaves some student athletes unprepared to enter the workforce after college.
Life After College Athletics was created to meet these challenges. Life After College Athletics is a customizable program that can meet any student-athlete career development needs and their schedule. Powered by research, experience and data, The Life After College Athletics team will design both in-person and remote learning experiences to meet the specific needs of student athletes. The team collaborates with the Athletic Department (or other staff) to conduct a needs analysis, and then designs and develops customized courses to meet those needs. Finally, during the evaluation phase, the Life After College Athletics team, in conjunction with our partners, analyzes data from both post-session surveys, as well as in-the-moment checkpoints to evaluate student learning and satisfaction and plan next steps.
